Stoney Gabel oversees facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, and food service operations at Plum Creek Recovery Ranch, ensuring the physical environment is safe, functional, and welcoming. He draws on a diverse background in hotel and restaurant management, along with experience running art galleries and large-scale music festivals.

With a focus on consistency and care, he leads the teams that keep daily operations running smoothly — making sure the environment supports the clinical work happening across campus. His approach reflects a belief that pride in place matters, and that healing happens best in a space that’s thoughtfully maintained.
