She plays a key role in ensuring the day-to-day systems and structures of the facility run smoothly and in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.

Robin brings nearly 35 years of experience in the treatment field, including leadership roles in facility operations, human resources, state licensure, and accreditation compliance. Her background spans substance use, mental health, and eating disorder programs across multiple states, where she has worked with some of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations.

She’s known for her steady presence, deep institutional knowledge, and commitment to building systems that support both staff and patient care.
