FINDING RECOVERY TOGETHER
Recovery doesn’t end with treatment.
Completing an addiction treatment program is a meaningful milestone, and it marks the beginning of a long-term journey. Lasting sobriety is built through steady effort, honesty, and connection with others who are walking the same path.
LET’S WALK THIS ROAD TOGETHER.
Why Ongoing Support Matters After Residential Treatment
Continuing Care and the Path Forward
After residential treatment, recovery moves into continuing care.
It’s important to get and stay engaged with the right level of structure, accountability, and recovery community that helps strengthen early sobriety. In most cases, this includes stepping down from residential treatment into outpatient or sober living programs.
Alongside the right level of clinical support, Plum Creek’s Alumni program provides fellowship, accountability, encouragement, a consistent point of contact, and a steady place to stay engaged in recovery over time.
We will also help you connect with a sponsor — and invite you back to the ranch to share your experience with our patients currently in treatment.
The Plum Creek Alumni Community
Recovery Grows in Community
The Plum Creek Alumni group complements continuing care by helping individuals stay grounded in fellowship, structure, and shared purpose after residential treatment. It supports the transition back into daily life while encouraging continued participation in local 12-step meetings, sponsorship, and step work.
As part of the Central Texas recovery community, Plum Creek offers weekly, monthly, and seasonal opportunities for alumni to stay involved. In-person events are available for those nearby, with virtual options for alumni who live elsewhere but want to remain part of the community.
