At Plum Creek Recovery Ranch, Ryan oversees all aspects of how the center builds trust and visibility — with families seeking care and with clinical professionals seeking the right setting for their patients. He works across admissions, business development, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure that Plum Creek’s outreach is accurate, consistent, and mission-aligned.

Ryan brings more than a decade of experience in addiction treatment, spanning roles in facility operations, case management, admissions, and referral development. A long-time fixture in the Central Texas recovery community, he’s known for his ability to connect people to the help they need — and for building strong, sustained partnerships across the continuum of care.

In long-term recovery himself, Ryan often shares his story as a way to break stigma and make recovery feel more accessible. He lives in Central Texas with his wife, twin boys, and their three dogs, and spends his free time hiking and staying active outdoors.
