Today, Ryan leads all areas of how Plum Creek Recovery Ranch builds trust and visibility — both with individuals and families seeking care, and with referral partners looking to place patients in the right setting. He works across the admissions, clinical, business development, and marketing teams to ensure that Plum Creek’s outreach is accurate, thorough, and aligned with its mission.

Ryan’s approach is built on relationships. He stays connected to the community and meets regularly with referral sources to ensure that Plum Creek’s values are clearly understood across the healthcare network. As an executive in long-term recovery, he often shares his own story to help destigmatize addiction and show that lasting recovery is possible.

Outside of work, Ryan is an avid hiker and health enthusiast who enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife, twin boys, and their three dogs.
