Jon Obenoskey has built a career on a simple but powerful belief: Great patient care starts with a healthy organization.

He entered the treatment field in 2006 through his own recovery journey, starting as a behavioral health technician and working his way into leadership roles in finance, business development, and operations. This firsthand experience taught him that clinical integrity depends on transparency and staff support. When the team is united and well-supported, patients receive better care.

As CEO of Plum Creek Recovery Ranch, Jon is focused on delivering on the promise of treating the whole person. He brings experience leading teams in primary mental health settings and is committed to advancing care for the co-occurring mental health factors that so often underlie substance use. He prioritizes both access to evidence-based clinical approaches and ensuring each patient’s treatment plan fits their life and history.

When he’s not at the ranch, Jon enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and son.
