Jon Obenoskey

Jon Obenoskey leads Plum Creek Recovery Ranch with a focus on organizational integrity, clinical alignment, and the systems that make consistent, high-quality care possible. He brings nearly two decades of experience in the treatment field, including leadership roles in operations, business development, and finance across substance use and primary mental health programs.

Jon began his career in 2006 as a behavioral health technician after entering recovery himself. That frontline experience continues to inform his leadership — ensuring staff are supported, teams work in sync, and clinical excellence is delivered at every level.

He lives in Austin with his wife and son and enjoys golf, traveling, and time spent outdoors.
