Tim Bodiford serves as Director of Plant Operations at Plum Creek Recovery Ranch, overseeing facility maintenance, campus aesthetics, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance. His primary focus is on maintaining a safe, comfortable environment that encourages personal change and allows patients to focus fully on their recovery.

Tim brings a hands-on technical background in construction, mechanical systems, and electrical work, alongside studies in electrical engineering. As someone in recovery himself, he values the opportunity to support others in their own journey—knowing that maintaining a reliable, functional physical space plays an essential role in the healing process.
