Elizabeth Rolfe, LPC-S, ATR, LCDC, oversees all aspects of clinical care at Plum Creek Recovery Ranch and leads the clinical team. As clinical director, she focuses on continuous program development and cultivating a collaborative, unified team environment to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Elizabeth brings more than 15 years of clinical experience in addiction treatment and behavioral health, spanning community mental health, correctional care, and prominent Central Texas recovery facilities. She has spent years in director-level roles overseeing residential and outpatient programs, specializing in clinical team development, co-occurring disorders, and program leadership.
In long-term recovery for over 21 years, Elizabeth’s personal journey deeply shapes her clinical perspective. Her approach emphasizes unconditional positive regard and strict attention to detail to ensure patients experience the clinical safety required to heal.
An active resident of the Austin area, Elizabeth serves as a Girl Scout troop leader and enjoys Olympic weightlifting, reading science fiction, and spending time outdoors with her family and two Pomeranians.
