Madison Hamm
Director of Clinical Services
Madison Hamm, LCSW, oversees all aspects of clinical care at Plum Creek Recovery Ranch and leads the counseling team. A licensed clinical social worker, she brings direct experience treating adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Her background includes work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a clinical caseload spanning primary substance use diagnoses as well as primary psychiatric conditions. Since 2021, she has served in leadership roles within treatment programs. At Plum Creek, she focuses on integrating experiential therapy and trauma-informed care into individualized treatment plans to support long-term recovery.
At the heart of her approach is the social work value of treating each person with dignity and respect. She sees the clinician’s role as key to helping individuals move from carrying shame and regret to recognizing their own worth — and believing they’re capable of doing the work to build lasting recovery.
